Customer Service Operations Assistant
Position Responsibilities
Lead collaboration with other teams to address challenges, improve processes and share insights to improve Customer Service Operations.
Maintain our Customer Service policy and procedure database, reviewing content to ensure accurate documentation.
Develop and update customer response templates across multiple platforms that help teams deliver fast and consistent support.
Manage holiday calendars and systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle Customer Service communications, including writing weekly department announcements and responding to inquiries in the team email inbox.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
