Customer Service Representative - Oil IndustryTemp-to-Perm OpportunityPay rate: $27.00 per hourSchedule Details: Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PMDuring the busy season (after Thanksgiving through March):Required to work two weeks on a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shiftRequired to work only 2 Saturdays (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)Always staffed with a team of 3 employees during these shiftsWe're looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join a busy oil and HVAC service company!Responsibilities:Answer incoming customer callsSchedule tune-ups and service appointmentsCoordinate and dispatch technicians in the fieldManage daily service schedulesHelp customers determine and communicate their service needsQualifications:Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to understand customer concerns and ask the right questionsScheduling or dispatching experience is a plusHVAC, oil, mechanical, or technical industry knowledge is helpful but not requiredAdditional Information:✅ Background check required✅ Temp-to-perm opportunity✅ Stable, year-round position with growth potentialInterested candidates should apply today!
