CUSTOMER SERVICE/MARINE AND COMPOSITE SUPPLIES

Job Description

Maintain a well-stocked and clean store and warehouse that presents the products and samples to increase sales by having product ready to sell.

Monitor Inventory levels.

Maintain and develop profitable relationships with current customers and expand the customer base.

Attain sales by identifying key customers and determine solutions to their needs.

Purchasing

• Daily and Weekly Reports
• Inventory Control and Material Management

Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging

Maintenance/Cleaning/Warehouse Organization

Skills, Requirements, Benefits, etc.

• 2 years + Sales and Customer Service experience
• Computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, ability to learn FishBowl inventory software
• Knowledge of composite materials preferred such as experience with marine repair, boatbuilding, or composite or fiberglass manufacturing
• Must be able to lift 70lbs
• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required
