Responsibilities
Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
$16.00 per hour

Open 9:00 - 5:00

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Dearborn.
