Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The position manages inbound and outbound shipments with the main objective ensuring products are delivered and moved on time.

Responsibilities

• Report and maintain data in customer and internal system
• Adjust inventory as required
• Collaborate daily with production ensuring timely delivery of product and production schedules
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP
• Generate BOL’s and packing lists
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately
• Verify incoming/outbound quantity and needs are consistent with production requirements
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy in multiple systems

Requirements

None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents
• Ability to navigate computer systems

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $21.50/hour.

Schedule
