Customer Service Loan Specialist

About the role

The QC Holdings E-commerce Department is seeking Remote Customer Service Loan Specialists to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with potential bonuses. The role involves securing, verifying, and analyzing customer loan application information to provide quality consumer loan services. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal and PC skills, along with a high level of professionalism. The position requires direct phone contact with customers applying for consumer loans via our company website, focusing on loan origination.

Responsibilities

• Secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as per product guidelines.
• Provide quality consumer loan services to customers applying for loans via our website.
• Handle direct phone contact with customers applying for loans.
• Focus on loan origination and servicing, with separate positions available for loan servicing and collections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college education preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Prior loan processing/verifying/collecting experience helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office products.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to type 35+ words per minute.
