About the role
The Customer Service Lead/Supervisor will oversee and manage a team responsible for handling customer orders via phone, email, and website. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure high-quality customer service
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and inquiries
- Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience leading a customer operations/service team
- Prior customer service experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and team leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
