About the role

The Customer Service Lead/Supervisor will oversee and manage a team responsible for handling customer orders via phone, email, and website. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Oversee order processing and fulfillment
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Prior experience leading a customer operations/service team
  • Prior customer service experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and team leadership
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
