Customer Service Inbound II

We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound II for one of our clients in Freehold, NJ. Job Description The office is in need of 2 employees to meet the increased workload consisting of Medicaid number reviews, Prior authorization processing, statistics, and data entry in accordance with regulations and polices. Our office needs assistance in phone coverage, assisting with difficult cases, providing referrals, sorting, indexes and file documents and maintaining essential reports, records and statistics. Receiving additional staff would alleviate backlog on phone calls and would assist in office duties as needed. Job Duties Learns to perform technical duties involving the review, processing, data entering orrecording, and issuance of agency documents in accordance with applicable laws,regulations, policies and procedures.Learns to evaluate, authenticate, and verify information and official documents presented by customers and applicantsProvides information to customers regarding department/agency programs and services.Requests information from customers to determine their needs, or purpose of outreach.Verifies the completeness and accuracy of information on forms and applications.Greets customers and answers telephone inquiries; refers the more complex and/ordifficult inquiries to a senior level staff member.Learns to compose basic correspondence in response to emails or phone requestsfrom customers or others.Sorts, indexes, and files documents according to established guidelines and procedures.Maintains essential records, reports, and files.Will be required to learn how to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and computerized information systems used by the agency, office, or related units.
