Customer Service Representative

  • Position Responsibilities: Process customer orders, make product recommendations, handle account inquiries, build business relationships, understand customer needs, recommend Uline's best solutions, help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
  • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred, excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills, prior customer service experience a plus.

Customer Service Team Lead

  • Position Responsibilities: Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives, review phone, email and other customer interactions, provide feedback to management, facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions, handle escalated customer issues, provide weekly support for customer interactions.
  • Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years of customer service experience, 2+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role preferred, effective communication skills, fluency in verbal and written forms for bilingual Spanish roles.

Customer Service Management Trainee

  • Position Responsibilities: Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program, manage and develop a team of customer service representatives, review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail, prior leadership/management experience a plus.
