Pay ranges from $26 to $38 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Benefits include:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.

Qualifications

For Customer Service Representative positions:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided

For Customer Service Team Lead positions:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred
• Effective communication skills

For Customer Service Management Trainee positions:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus

Skills

Product and solutions expertise, excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills, ability to build business relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, recommending Uline's best solutions, helping customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
