Pay and Benefits

Pay ranges from $26 to $38 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Various shifts are available, including 24/7 operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.
  • Translation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representative - Days: From $27 to $32 per hour (includes $2 shift differential).
  • Overnights: From $29 to $34 per hour (includes $4 shift differential).
    • Bilingual Spanish: From $26 to $30 per hour (must be fluent in verbal and written forms).
• Customer Service Team Lead: From $33 to $38 per hour.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
    • For Bilingual Spanish roles - must be fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Customer Service Management Trainee: From $29 to $34 per hour.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
      • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
