Customer Service Healthcare Representative - Onsite
Description
Our Healthcare agents help ResultsCX customers with a wide range of healthcare related inquiries! Calls will include, but are not limited to, detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans, healthcare screening or appointment scheduling, assisting members with finding a primary care physician in their network, and more!
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform our customers about changes that may affect them.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to member insurance plans, healthcare screenings, and appointments.
- Assist members in finding primary care physicians in their network.
- Work with internal teams to refresh member stipends when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with the customer.
- Open availability 7 days a week.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily.
- Live within 50 miles of the physical location 707 Mendham Boul, Orlando, FL, 32825.
- A personality that thrives on social connections, work events, in-person mentoring, and uncapped career growth.
