Customer Service Greeter

Bartow Ford is seeking a Customer Service Greeter to create a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person when they enter the dealership.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and partner with management to resolve concerns when appropriate.
• Direct customers to appropriate areas of the dealership.
• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver top-notch customer experience.
• Act as a team member, which includes possible cross-training for other departments.
• Interpret instructions, follow policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must submit to a background check and drug test.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain a professional appearance.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Must be dependable.

Pay

Starter pay of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Full-time position (40+ hours per week). Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm & Saturday, 7:45am - 5:00pm. Rotating shifts, evenings, and Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.
