Customer Service & Garment Care Associate – Part-Time

About the role

Ziker Cleaners is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Garment Care Associate to join their team in South Bend. The position offers starting pay of $15.00/hour and includes paid training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, outstanding service
• Process garment drop-offs and pickups
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments
• Absorb and assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
• Help customers learn about Ziker services, specials, and promotions
• Answer questions and assist with customer concerns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Balance the cash drawer and complete closing responsibilities
• Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales is preferred
