Customer Service Engineer (CT/MRI/PET-CT/X-ray/ANGIO)

About the role
As a remote Field Service Engineer, you will provide top-level on-site service support, collaborate with our Customer Care Center, and play a key role in launching new medical imaging systems in the U.S. market. This position requires living in or near the posting location and extensive travel (at least 75%).
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site service support that delights customers and sets industry benchmarks.
- Work closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarters) to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products.
- Support new, first-of-a-kind medical imaging system launches in the U.S. market.
- Build technical competence to assist customers with hardware, software, and mechanical systems.
- Escalate challenges efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Install United Imaging diagnostic imaging equipment in your assigned geographic region.
- Attend service training courses (domestic and overseas) and work toward completing the UIH Professional Certificate.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray, etc.) and previous experience with such systems strongly preferred.
- Previous field service experience managing a geographic territory and troubleshooting hardware, mechanical, and software systems.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and network communication.

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay
Compensation is based on the candidate’s skill level, qualifications, geographical location, and experience. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, such as cash bonuses.
