Customer Service Delivery Representative

About the role

At ABS, we are passionate about customer service. You will play a pivotal role in providing white-glove service to our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site visits, report inventory, restock for the customer, install toner, and provide information back to our administrative team. You will work closely with the client and end users to ensure a seamless experience for them throughout the process.

On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make small, light deliveries
• Visit customer sites
• Report meter readings
• Report on-site inventory at scheduled intervals
• Request replacement inventory
• Install toner for copiers and printers for specific customers
• Light cleaning of the copier and printer

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

Pay

Hourly pay based on delivery experience and/or industry experience.
