Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct confirmation calls to verify order details, delivery dates, and customer availability
  • Perform follow-up customer service calls to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Serve as the dedicated phone line for all returns and service inquiries
  • Aid in scheduling and coordination of appliance installations with customers and Installation Manager
  • Aid in managing appointment calendars to optimize efficiency and customer convenience
  • Communicate any scheduling changes or updates to relevant parties
  • Assist in processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies
  • Handle service call requests, documenting issues and coordinating with service technicians
  • Aid the Returns and Service Processor with tracking and follow up on open service requests and returns to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
