Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confirmation calls to verify order details, delivery dates, and customer availability
- Perform follow-up customer service calls to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Serve as the dedicated phone line for all returns and service inquiries
- Aid in scheduling and coordination of appliance installations with customers and Installation Manager
- Aid in managing appointment calendars to optimize efficiency and customer convenience
- Communicate any scheduling changes or updates to relevant parties
- Assist in processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies
- Handle service call requests, documenting issues and coordinating with service technicians
- Aid the Returns and Service Processor with tracking and follow up on open service requests and returns to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
- Previous customer service experience preferred
