Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Cincy Connect Services is adding a Customer Service Coordinator whose work will make customer resolution easier to trust across customer-support outsourcing across phone, email, chat, social channels, help desk, technical support, quality, and service operations. The operating lens is customer service coordination within customer support outsourcing, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework. Working Standard Quality is visible when customer resolution is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.

Responsibilities

• Review the Customer Service Coordinator workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
• Maintain the Customer Service Coordinator workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
• Track the Customer Service Coordinator workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
• Own the Customer Service Coordinator workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
• Coordinate the Customer Service Coordinator workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
