Starting at $20.42 per hour. Full-time, Monday - Friday, various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Use strong communication and telephone skills to assist customers
• Apply critical thinking to manage potentially stressful situations
• Perform general office and customer service tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
• General office and customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products
• Ability to type 30+ WPM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
• Freight logistics experience (preferred)
