Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls related to billing questions, insurance, balance resolution, and general account inquiries.
  • Process payments over the phone accurately and securely.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to patients, guarantors, insurance representatives and internal team members.
  • Gather, verify, and document client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks following established procedures and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the call center and organization.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to provide billing updates, collect payments, and offer assistance with billing questions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • In‑house position: Reliable daily attendance is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment.
  • Able to provide and communicate with team members, ensuring they understand what is being communicated and incorporate when working with our clients.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including multitasking across multiple screens and using Microsoft applications.
  • Prior medical billing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document information accurately and promptly.
  • Willingness to take direction, learn new information, and apply it effectively when assisting clients.
  • Bi-Lingual professionals urged to apply.
