About the Opportunity:The Customer Service role is designed to support members throughout their financial journey by providing empathetic, personalized assistance via phone and email. The position involves onboarding new members, answering inquiries, and offering guidance to help members thrive financially. The role contributes directly to member satisfaction and retention and offers a clear path for career progression within the team. 3. Responsibilities:• Communicate with members through phone and email, demonstrating care in every interaction• Listen attentively to members to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices• Accurately document member interactions and activities 4. Requirements:• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in call center or retail environments• High school diploma or equivalent• Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm• Strong communication skills• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls• People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Starting pay: $16.00 per hour 6.
