About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support the Sales Team by responding to customer inquiries professionally, assisting with sales processes, and handling shipping issues or delays.

Responsibilities

• Sales Team Support: carry out administrative duties, ensure seamless sales activities, act as liaison between customers and the Sales team, and communicate customer feedback.
• Customer Service: respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Order and Return Process: adjust orders per requests, monitor and process real‑time mobile orders, input manual orders received via email, fax, or phone; handle Canada orders and grand‑opening order process; check back‑orders and order status; review sales return orders and billing; assist with online inquiries (Ivykiss.com).
• Customer Claim Service: report shortages and damages, process credit or replacement orders.
• Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking: resolve shipping issues related to UPS, truck deliveries, and carrier claims.
• Reporting: generate monthly reports on pending sales orders and sales returns.

Pay

The anticipated compensation range is $19.25 – $36.55 USD hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location, and may change based on internal and external factors.
