Customer Service Associate - Weekday Closing

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This position is entry-level and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room
• Talk to customers
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments
• Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
• Align with Raising Cane’s culture by balancing working hard and having fun
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace

Pay

Starting pay at $15.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10 PM.
