About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided for every new associate.

We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience in customer service, retail, cashiering, restaurant service, or any other service-oriented role—or no experience at all—we have a position for you.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Talk to customers and provide quick, friendly service
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work as a team, assisting other crew members to ensure continuity of service
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to:
  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
  • Show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • Work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Balance working hard and having fun while aligning with company culture
