Customer Service Associate - Weekday Closing

About the role

Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and talking to customers. We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
• Assemble and deliver food to customers
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older

Physical requirements

Pay

Starting hiring pay at $11.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm.
