About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers and support our dynamic Marketing and eCommerce team. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically, offering solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all transactions align with company policies.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to help enhance the customer experience on Runnings.com through website content updates and troubleshooting.
• Manage community support applications, an important piece of fostering strong relationships.
• Aid with administrative tasks including data entry, analyzing eCommerce initiatives, and coordinating marketing events and materials to support team goals.

• A strong time management skill set to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and solutions to customers.
• Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Two or more years of experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
• A high school diploma is required; additional education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
