About the role
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Coomes Center. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
