Customer Service Associate - Nights/Weekends

Pay

Starting hiring pay: $11.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate, your main priority is to provide great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and talking to customers. This is an entry-level position — no experience required — and we provide paid training for every new associate. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, assisting other crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
