Customer Service Associate - Nights/Weekends

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, and more. We are looking for associates who thrive in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment and are hiring immediately for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive‑thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors and other restaurant areas
• Talk to customers and provide friendly service
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling/preparing food
• Lift and carry, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, stoop; ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (above head and below waistline)
• Ability to multitask
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
