Customer Service Associate - Nights/Weekends

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour

About the role

Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided for every new associate.

We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience in customer service, retail, cashiering, restaurant service, or any other service-oriented role—or no experience at all—we have a position for you.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Talk to customers and provide quick, friendly service
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work as a team, assisting other crew members to ensure continuity of service
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to:
  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
  • Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
