Customer Service Associate - Morning & Lunch Shift

About the role

Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. The main priority is to provide great customer service in an upbeat, fast‑paced environment. Duties include taking orders in the drive‑thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and interacting with guests. No prior restaurant experience is required — this is an entry‑level position with paid training provided for every new associate. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Assemble and deliver food orders
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop; ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
• Arrive to scheduled shifts on time
• Multitask effectively in a high‑volume setting

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick, friendly service to every customer
• Work collaboratively as a team, assisting other crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
• Perform under pressure and at a fast pace

• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Pay

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Within the first year, associates can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through further training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Pay is issued weekly (except in certain states, such as California, where pay is bi‑weekly).

Schedule

All shifts are available — opening, closing, and mid‑shifts — with flexible scheduling to accommodate varying availability.
