Customer Service Associate - Morning & Lunch Shift

Pay

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour. Within the first year, associates can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. An extra $1.00 per hour is added for shifts after 10 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive‑thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble orders and deliver food to customers.
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant.
• Talk with customers, providing quick and friendly service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb.
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend/descend stairs, and reach objects above head or below waist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability – show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.

• Willingness to take initiative, comply with company policies, and support fellow crew members.
