Responsibilities
- Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
- Handles any walk-in customers.
- Collections payments.
- Makes policy changes.
- Aids with claims paperwork requested by claim's representatives.
- Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
Requirements for Success
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
