Customer Service Associate (Family Entertainment)

About the role

Round One Entertainment is seeking Customer Service Associates for various positions including Arcade/Bowling, Kitchen/Bartender, and Cleaning. Positions also include Arcade/Bowling Mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Aid guests at the counter and game/bowling floor.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Handle and serve alcohol if applicable, ensuring compliance with legal age requirements.
• Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seek continuous improvement in work processes and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.
• At least 21 years old for positions requiring handling and serving alcohol.

Qualifications

• One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments.
