About the role

Our organization has multiple business units in a niche asset class of the overall real estate market: manufactured housing. It's not particularly well-known or glamorous. But our industry makes homeownership possible for over 20 million Americans, and we find that pretty satisfying.

Responsibilities

  • Help people buy and sell manufactured homes, learn about manufactured home communities, and manufactured home living in general.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat systems, ensuring quick and clear responses without grammatical errors.
  • Support clients in various tasks such as listing homes, interacting with corporate executives, and handling data entry.
  • Work independently and solve problems as needed.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with more than a couple of years.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to different situations.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Gmail is helpful.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about helping people.
  • Patient and able to explain things clearly and simply.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
