About the role
Our organization has multiple business units in a niche asset class of the overall real estate market: manufactured housing. It's not particularly well-known or glamorous. But our industry makes homeownership possible for over 20 million Americans, and we find that pretty satisfying.
Responsibilities
- Help people buy and sell manufactured homes, learn about manufactured home communities, and manufactured home living in general.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat systems, ensuring quick and clear responses without grammatical errors.
- Support clients in various tasks such as listing homes, interacting with corporate executives, and handling data entry.
- Work independently and solve problems as needed.
Requirements
- Customer service experience with more than a couple of years.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing and speaking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to different situations.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Gmail is helpful.
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping people.
- Patient and able to explain things clearly and simply.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
