Customer Service Associate

About the role

We're looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates (CSAs). You'll greet and serve our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience. You'll also prepare food items, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep the store clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.

Schedule

Hours may vary based on store needs and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
