Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team at Wawa. As a CSA, you will be the friendly face that puts the 'Wow' in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. You will prepare food items, operate the cash register, and help keep our stores clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas.
• Handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
