Customer Service Associate

Walgreens is a place where your work makes a difference in your community and your future. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of the store, providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries and transactions.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records.
• Implements asset protection procedures, ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products, constructs and maintains displays, and assists with separation of food items.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, monitors web pick-up responsibilities, and provides customer service in the photo area.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include fluency in English, willingness to work flexible hours, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, and fluency in English.
