About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide professional support to customers by handling inbound and outbound communications related to account inquiries and payment solutions. This role focuses on educating customers, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding account balances and payment information.
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding account balances in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Aid customers in resolving account concerns and identifying appropriate payment solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
  • Research account information to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
  • Meet established quality and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in customer service, call center support, collections support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
