About the role

The UPS Store Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating various office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and processes packages for courier shipment
  • Operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
  • Expertly advises valued customers on products, services, and best-value options
  • Exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience
  • Strong computer and internet skills
