About the role

Steinhafels is now recruiting for either a full-time or part-time Customer Service Associate to join their team. This position is primarily work from home for candidates residing in Southeastern Wisconsin, with the majority of scheduled hours worked remotely. Associates will also work an average of 2 to 4 shifts per month from their Waukesha store, assisting customers in person and supporting the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in-person and over the phone to inform them of actions taking place regarding their order (part ordered, exchange, delivery, etc...).
  • Troubleshoot and work to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Dependable.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer-related field preferred.
  • Will require working weekends and holidays, as well as some closing shifts.

Schedule
