About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role can be either Full Time or Part Time.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for all customers and donors.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with finding items they need and provide accurate information.
- Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness in the store.
- Support the donation process for customers and donors.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
