About the role

The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role can be either Full Time or Part Time.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for all customers and donors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with finding items they need and provide accurate information.
  • Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness in the store.
  • Support the donation process for customers and donors.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
