About the role

The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store environment.
  • Support the donation process for customers and donors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Customer service background or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
