About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Support the donation process for customers and donors.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
