About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle donations efficiently, ensuring items are appropriately categorized and stored.
- Support team members by offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about sustainability and reuse.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
