Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels, assisting with restocking and organizing merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support the donation process, ensuring donations are processed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
