About the role

The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about store policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the donation process for customers and donors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay
