About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Process donations and ensure proper documentation for nonprofit partners.
- Support team members through training and mentoring.
Requirements

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
