About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including sorting, tagging, and hinging items.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support the donation process by accepting and processing donations from customers and donors.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
