About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for all customers and donors.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with finding items they need and provide accurate information.
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
